Here at Antler we’re celebrating some recent client wins at the South Coast Property Awards 2024, where Poole-based affordable housing partner AJC Group, scooped two prestigious awards.
These included the coveted Housebuilder of the Year, and Residential Development of the Year for their housing scheme The Sloop, a development of new apartments in Poole.
Held in Southampton at the Utilita Bowl on Thursday 6th June 2024, the event celebrated excellence in property across the South Coast region, with winners announced across 14 categories.
Antler assisted with AJC Group’s award entries for this year’s competition. All three entries that were submitted were all shortlisted in their respective categories, including Regeneration Project of the Year for Dorchester Brewery, a development of affordable new homes.
David Cracklen for AJC Group, said: “Thank you to all of the Antler team for their hard work and support with our entries for this year’s South Coast Property Awards, we couldn’t have done it without them. It was a fantastic result all round.”
