Branding Coastal Property: How ANTLER Brought Ammonite to Life

Designed for the high-end holiday and second-home market, this development needed a brand that captured both the prestige of coastal living and the effortless escapism it offers buyers.

Taking inspiration from the ammonite fossil – an elegant, spiralled relic of the ocean – ANTLER created a striking logo that perfectly reflects the development’s coastal roots. A rich, deep blue and gold colour palette was chosen to embody both the tranquillity of the sea and the timeless sophistication of the homes. Paired with modern typography, the branding strikes the perfect balance between contemporary style and classic elegance.

Of course, a beautiful location like Swanage needed to be showcased visually. ANTLER went all-in on storytelling, producing a library of high-end images and videos that capture the beachfront setting, vibrant local lifestyle, and panoramic sea views. Drone photography and cinematic footage were used to immerse potential buyers in the location before they even stepped foot on-site.

But it didn’t stop there. ANTLER’s HybridBrochure® gave Ammonite a digital-first edge, combining engaging video content with a 360-degree CGI tour. This allowed buyers to virtually explore the development and its surroundings, offering an interactive experience that goes beyond traditional marketing materials.

To generate buzz and drive enquiries, ANTLER designed high-impact hoarding signage around the site, ensuring Ammonite caught the eye of passersby and potential buyers alike. With a strong, cohesive brand and a seamless blend of digital and traditional marketing, Ammonite has been positioned as the ultimate in coastal living, and ANTLER was there to make it happen.
