Hampshire-based housebuilder Bargate Homes has recently submitted a detailed planning application for its second housing development in Old Bedhampton.
A valued PR client, Bargate’s proposed development will include 43 homes, featuring a variety of tenures, with 30% designated for affordable housing. The development will offer a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses, as well as chalet bungalows.
