In 2018 Metis had 4 struggling developments and asked for ANTLER’s help. Metis aspired to turn around their concerning position and consistently sell developments off plan; a goal they’d never achieved before.

ANTLER recommended a robust strategic marketing plan for each of the 4 developments. This included content creation, marketing and advertising.

All 4 sites were turned around within less than 6 months.

A fresh approach to marketing design.

ANTLER was selected by Morrish to deliver a fresh approach to its development presentation including brochure design, signage design, video production and its advertising approach – strengthening Morrish’ entire approach to marketing.
the solution
Initially starting with a re-design of the sales brochure for the highly regarded Poundbury development, ANTLER utilised Morrish’s existing brand assets and framework, complemented with ANTLER’s strong experience in designing stand out brochures. The new brochure format delivered a more engaging and compelling sales tool, the format of which has been rolled out onto further developments.
Shortly after completing the Poundbury project, ANTLER created all marketing collateral for multiple other developments including Jubilee Green in Charlton Marshall and Mountbatten Park in Romsey. Including branding, brochure design, video production, signage and advertising design.

ANTLER is now engaged by Morrish as their retained agency for marketing, PR and social media management. This includes delivering across multiple sites to digitise their brochure offering, advertising and marketing strategies, all creative, plus a number of other brand projects.

Crafting an authentic brand for a unique development.

To create a strong brand strategy alongside other marketing collateral to help communicate this unique development to the people of Bristol in an authentic and relevant way.

Following a site visit to understand the area, we created a compelling brand in an authentic and relevant way, alongside unique messaging to create an impactful campaign. This included a microsite, brochure, signage and other advertising material, to help the development stand out from other competitors in the local area.

The development is currently selling successfully off-plan.

Revolutionising planning consultations.
the brief
Bargate asked ANTLER to assist them with their approach to the planning consultation process by reimagining the way in which they approach and present to the local community in order to gain planning consent. They wanted to try something different from their norm for an upcoming site in Stubbington where 70 new homes were being proposed.
the solution
ANTLER proposed utilising our existing HybridBrochureⓇ platform to create a stand alone digital site specific to the Stubbington development area.
The site would set out all the technical planning information clearly and concisely in as visual a format as possible, detailing any previous planning applications submitted for the land, what was currently proposed and how this would be executed.
A section about Bargate Homes to convey their history and ethos as a developer to introduce them to the local community would also be included. It was also vital that the site worked as a destination for the public to submit any comments or questions directly to Bargate for them to address at the upcoming consultation.
the result
The finished site was a huge success, clearly and efficiently communicating what Bargate set out to achieve and providing a successful forum for the local community of Stubbington to engage with to better understand Bargate’s intent for future development in their area.
Elements of the finished site were also rolled out into a folded flyer and sent via a mail drop of the local area to promote the upcoming public consultation and encourage residents to visit the dedicated Stubbington Planning Consultation site and submit any questions ahead of the public meeting.
The success of the Stubbington site has since resulted in Bargate commissioning ANTLER to produce for multiple additional developments, using the same effective format.

Back in 2022, ANTLER was approached by AJC to increase brand awareness and support in positioning AJC Group as the construction partner of choice for affordable housing in the Wessex region and beyond.

We held a series of workshops to gain clarity on exactly how the brand should be positioned for individual stakeholders. This resulted in a brand refresh and continued delivery of PR and marketing support.
the result
A notable marked increase in feedback from stakeholders as to how the visibility of the business has increased in local media, trade press and online since engaging Antler.
ANTLER has also aided AJC Group in its fundraising efforts for various local charities, with social media campaigns, photography and local media coverage being produced. We raised the profile of its Director as a key spokesperson for affordable housing with consistent thought leadership commentary pieces.
