BRIEF:
ANTER was tasked with creating an updated version of the Fairmont HybridBrochureⓇ using our new and improved platform to showcase the most recent phase of homes for sale. Spitfire Homes wanted a fresh take on the development that retained the existing information and branding, whilst also showcasing some specific overall developer highlights.
SOLUTION:
The advancement of HybridBrochureⓇ and all the incredible new functionality and features meant that we were able to elevate the existing content previously created for Fairmont. Being such a digital first platform meant that we were also able to utilise Spitfire’s impressive catalogue of existing brand and educational videos where appropriate to further elevate the hybrid brochure.
The challenge presented with this hybrid was how best to display the new phase of homes for sale, whilst also providing space to promote any available homes for sale on the existing phases. ANTLER was able to implement their multi-phased master plan feature which clearly demonstrates the extent of the full Fairmont development, clearly outlining each phase and then further displaying that phase in greater detail. Housetypes rather than individual homes were then easily plotted to give the best user experience for potential buyers, filtering the relevant information Spitfire wished to communicate across all phases.
RESULT:
The Fairmont hybrid brochure is a brilliant example of how digital functionality can work alongside traditional brochure elements to create an exceptional development showcase that will exceed any potential homebuyer expectations. The ability to imbed brand and development specific video content within this hybrid shows defined developer personality which further adds a layer of confidence to any potential buyers. The Fairmont hybrid is packed full of relevant information, clearly laid out to provide the best user experience across all devices – an element that was very important to Spitfire within the brief.
