Metis Homes wanted a digital brochure offering that could also act as a webpage as a joined up marketing tool that they could signpost any interested buyers to. In doing so they wanted to capture (and more importantly hold) the buyers attention in one location to maximise their interest in the hopes of converting into an enquiry and ultimate sale.
SOLUTION:
Antler were able to fully customise the Forest Edge hybrid to make it uniquely Metis Homes branded therefore easing the transition from the website to the brochure making it utterly seamless. Packed full of bespoke content from realistic CGI, local area photography and a fully interactive 3D site plan. The site plan rotates to display four differing angles of the development which showcases every available home, from every angle in turn maximising sales opportunities. Potential buyers were able to click and compare multiple homes at one time to best select the home for them as well as filtering the view to display only available properties or homes within their selected price range. The inclusion of this unique tool alone has revolutionised the quality of leads that Metis Homes receive as now buyers are able to discover more in depth information themselves from the comfort of their own homes and are able to revisit information time and time again, sharing it with family and friends.
