BRIEF:
We were tasked with creating a bespoke templated HybridBrochure® for Annington to use going forward on all their developments to create a solution that was both cost effective and efficient. The template needed to showcase Annington’s key USP of redeveloping homes to create new communities and their commitment to sustainability, whilst interchangeably working with all developments going forward.
SOLUTION:
We created a bespoke HybridBrochure® design for Annington, ensuring their key USPs and commitment to sustainability were showcased at the forefront of the design, whilst creating editable pages that can be updated for all future hybrids.
This templated approach meant the Lancaster Place Hybrid was created and finalised with great time efficiency enabling them to meet the tight deadline they had to launch this development, whilst offering an extremely cost effective solution to brochure design and creation.
