SCOPE OF WORK: HYBRID BROCHURE

MARLBOROUGH CLOSE, ANNINGTON

A visionary redevelopment of just five four-bedroom homes.

BRIEF:

We were tasked with converting their existing PDF development brochure into a more interactive, digital and customer friendly tool. Annington advised they wanted a solution which could be utilised both in their sales offices and marketing suites, and by customers on their personal mobiles, tablets and laptops from wherever they choose.

SOLUTION:

Development brochures don’t have to be traditional printed brochures or digital PDFs that can be difficult to navigate and optimise on various electronic devices. That’s where HybridBrochure 2.0 comes in! 

The existing PDF brochure Annington had created for Marlborough Close had everything required of a good development brochure, but by converting it to a hybrid brochure we were able to bring all of the assets they’d created to the forefront, whilst offering customers an easy to use, interactive tool that can be utilised anywhere! 

RESULT:

As a result, within two months of launching the hybrid brochure, 40% of the development has now been sold. As prices are released, new photography is taken and homes are reserved, the team at Annington is able to update the hybrid brochure immediately, meaning customers always have access to the most up-to-date information for the development.

Annington is now using HybridBrochure as their new brochure solution and we’ve worked with them to create a bespoke brand template hybrid brochure to utilise for their upcoming developments.
