BRIEF:

Westcoast Developments engaged ANTLER’s services to once again create the brand identity and marketing collateral this time for their luxury development in Swanage; Ammonite. A rare offering of just four seafront townhouses, Ammonite’s appeal was aimed at the luxury holiday and second homes market with the emphasis heavy on promoting an aspirational, stress free lifestyle whilst celebrating the development’s location within all areas of brand and marketing.

SOLUTION:

The first task was crafting the brand identity. Inspired by the elegant, coiled form of an ammonite fossil, the logo reflects the brand’s oceanic roots. Elegant typography and a deep blue and gold palette evoke modernity and luxury, aligning with the Ammonite development’s upscale homes.

Imagery was also essential to sell the dream of owning one of these homes in such a prestigious location. A comprehensive library of local area images and video, gained via traditional filming methods and drone photography, was put together. The beachfront location and close proximity to local amenities were the main selling points so imagery focused heavily on these areas. 

APPROACH:

A digital first approach to a brochure was adopted for Ammonite utilising ANTLER’s forward thinking HybridBrochureⓇ. The use of HybridBrochureⓇ meant that the extensive catalogue of video could also be incorporated to effectively demonstrate the lure of the surrounding crystal clear waters. A bespoke 360 CGI tour was also a key client priority to showcase, an element that was easily incorporated within the Hybrid.  

Signage design for a substantial length of hoarding surrounding the perimeter of the development, to attract enquiries and build a database of interest was another main requirement of this project.
