FOREST EDGE, METIS HOMES

3 bedroom homes campaign.

BRIEF:

Metis Homes had successfully sold the majority of their 2 and 4 bedroom homes at their Forest Edge development off-plan, however were struggling to sell their 3 bedroom homes. We were tasked with creating a new campaign that specifically targeted the 3 bedroom homes to increase enquiries, interest and reservations.

SOLUTION:

We created a marketing strategy and timeline specifically for this new 3 bedroom campaign, reviewing the assets and marketing tools Metis Homes were currently utilising as well as identifying new methods and opportunities to market these homes. We presented this to the Metis Homes team and then implemented this new campaign.

We primarily focused on paid socials for this campaign, which Metis Homes were already utilising, however we identified opportunities to create new engaging video and still image content to excite and interest potential buyers about the specific homes and nurtured these new leads with targeted HTML campaigns.

RESULT:

As a result, since launching this campaign, Metis Homes have now sold over 90% of their Forest Edge development, achieving three reservations each month since the launch of the campaign. They’ve also seen an increase in new leads, with over 1,500 new leads being directed to their Forest Edge hybrid brochure per month, from the paid social ads alone.
