We built Legacy’s first joined-up marketing strategy across four live and upcoming sites. Advertising, messaging and content were aligned under a new brand direction, with a focus on storytelling to elevate the buyer journey. We produced lifestyle-led video content that told the story of each development and each home. The strapline “Your Home, Your Cornwall” was introduced to cement Legacy as Cornwall’s aspirational housebuilder. Supporting collateral and a brand film reinforced this positioning, giving the business a clear and consistent voice.
