BRIEF:
We were tasked with creating a brand identity for an upcoming unique retirement living development from Cognatum Estates.
Once complete the brand would roll out to form the basis of a coffee table style portfolio brochure targeting the buyer demographic. We also worked alongside the Cognatum team to deliver an end to end sales and marketing strategy specific to Petersfinger Farm ahead of the development launch.
SOLUTION:
Retirement living doesn’t have to be stuffy, and at Petersfinger Farm it was anything but. An intimate community of just four bespoke barn conversions, meant that a unique brochure offering was required. With an emphasis on luxury and high quality that was evident in not only the product being built but also the lifestyle that was on offer, exceptional photography was a must. Both local area and an extensive product library was created to aid brochure creation and support any future marketing materials. A beautiful embossed, cloth bound hardcover coffee table style brochure was designed and delivered.
Marketing support was also provided for essential Rightmove listing creation with a clear strategic approach for an off-plan sales launch that could then evolve with the various stages of the development. Targeted print and digital advertising campaigns were rolled out aimed at the identified buyer demographic as well as clear signage that was in keeping with the quality of the homes being built.
RESULT:
As a result, 25% of the homes available were sold off-plan prior to launch. A great result amongst a typically more cautious decision making demographic. The lifestyle heavy brochure and approach to marketing campaigns to reflect the unique offering of a Cognatum estate heavily contributed to the overall sales success.
