We were approached to pitch and were selected for the creation of a new, compelling consortium website for Prince Philip Park, a brand new community of 2,400 new homes and major community infrastructure in Bordon, to bring this new community to life through strong placemaking.
SOLUTION:
We carried out a site visit to Prince Philip Park to see first hand the magnitude and significance of this new community and identify its key USPs.
From there, we worked closely with the team at Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company to understand their vision for the new website and review their current bank of content. The existing website had lots of great content and copy, however through this process we identified areas we could improve both the visuals and copy whilst incorporating their existing content.
We completed this project in stages, from initially rewriting the copy, creating the new design and finally building the website. In order to make the homepage have immediate impact, as part of this project we also produced a new home page show reel, ensuring this video was fast paced, engaging and exciting for the viewer.
RESULT:
The new Prince Philip Park website promotes this new community as an exciting destination for buyers, locals and businesses. Despite this being a huge new area of infrastructure which includes over 2,000 new homes, a new town centre, leisure centre, school and Hogmoor Inclosure (54 hectares of open green space), to name just a few, the website is clear, user-friendly and easy to navigate, ensuring whether the user is a potential buyer, a local or business, it works for everyone.
