Antler were approached by Nylo Homes to create the branding that would become the future marketing identity of their upcoming development in the exclusive location of Alum Chine. This branding would also be rolled out across site hoarding to capture early interest and build a database as well as both a printed and digital brochure.
SOLUTION:
Taking inspiration from the beautiful development location, just a short walk from such an iconic (and exclusive!) sandy stretch of beach, a distinctive icon with strong coastal influences and complementary colouring was created. This icon was incorporated into the development name, Shore Walk, but also translated as a stand alone element that could be used independently of the typography across all areas of marketing.
RESULT:
Location was the main driving force when establishing this distinctive branding and creating a brochure as it was a key selling point of the development. Local area photography was employed as well as an emphasis on lifestyle to reflect the benefits of this exclusive coastal gem. Antler rolled the branding out into a brochure and signage.
