THE EASEBOURNE COLLECTION, METIS HOMES
Two unique developments. One exceptional location.
BRIEF:
We were tasked with creating a new brand and coming soon launch campaign for Metis Homes’ two new developments in Easebourne. New homes are rare in Easebourne, so the primary focus was to build awareness and interest in these homes, and present them as a unique opportunity whilst promoting Easebourne as a highly desirable place to call home.
SOLUTION:
We created a unique brand identity for The Easebourne Collection, the umbrella brand for the two developments, to enable us to showcase the development as both one extraordinary offering, as well as at development level.
After creating a detailed marketing timeline for the coming soon campaign, we implemented this, which included shooting a brand new coming soon video in Easebourne. This video highlighted the exceptional features of the village to be used as the primary focus across the landing page, social ads and organic socials.
We designed signage which direct potential buyers to a branded landing page, the primary focus being database building.
RESULT:
Since launching The Easebourne Collection coming soon campaign, Metis Homeshas seen a real increase in their database and has reserved a number of homes off-plan across the two developments already. This is a huge achievement considering there is no detailed information available in the public domain yet, and no physical product to view.
