BRIEF:
Westcoast Developments needed a new website that better reflected the quality and breadth of its work. From individual bespoke homes to larger, complex mixed-use developments, the existing site no longer provided the right platform to showcase a growing and varied portfolio.
The brief was to create a more modern and refined digital presence that would put Westcoast’s developments at the forefront, while clearly communicating the company’s expertise across both residential and commercial property. It also needed to work for several different audiences, from prospective homebuyers to landowners and investors.
APPROACH:
We redesigned the website around a clean, contemporary visual identity, using modern typography, generous white space and strong property imagery to give the developments room to speak for themselves.
A simple, considered navigation structure makes it easy for visitors to move between Westcoast’s residential and commercial expertise, explore individual developments and understand more about the business. Behind the design, we created a flexible structure that makes new projects straightforward to add, allowing the website to evolve naturally as Westcoast’s portfolio continues to grow.
The result is a slicker, more editorial experience that feels premium without becoming over-designed, keeping the focus firmly on Westcoast’s properties and expertise.

The finished website gives Westcoast Developments a clearer, more confident digital presence that better reflects the standard of the projects they deliver.
Content is easier to explore, key information is quicker to find and the user journey has been considered around Westcoast’s different audiences. Whether someone is discovering a new home, considering Westcoast as a development partner, exploring a land opportunity or looking at the business from an investment perspective, the site provides a clear route to the information that matters to them.
Most importantly, it gives Westcoast a website that can grow with the business, providing a strong, flexible showcase for both its current portfolio and the developments still to come.
