Crest Nicholson were concerned that their highly acclaimed internal annual awards were becoming stale. We were briefed to re-launch Crest Nicholson’s awards, which recognises the highest standards of performance within their organisation.
Antler presented a number of concepts which positioned the awards as a highly aspirational accolade. We proposed and agreed a new name for the awards – the ‘Crest Nicholson Excellence Awards’ at both a national and regional level. This new branding was rolled out in design of certificates and signage, brochure, printing and framing, digital comms surrounding the national ceremony and a digital ceremony presentation.
This ceremony experienced very positive engagement with excellent feedback, setting the stall for the next era of the Crest Nicholson awards.
