Create a marketing strategy and the requisite materials to achieve off-plan sales success for a development of new homes in Weymouth.
We created a strong identity for Eden Park, and a strategy for launch based upon the off-plan goals. Rolling the branding out into a desirable lifestyle brochure design, we also commissioned the local area photography, ensuring the shots and styling matched the theme of the development. We printed the brochure in a high quality lay-flat format. This attention to detail combined with a well-implemented marketing strategy culminated in a successful run of off-plan sales.
