The brief

Galion is a luxury home builder in the South West, focussing on sustainable and socially responsible development suitable for 21st-century living.
Antler supports the Galion team strategically, providing creative and marketing support as their marketing partner. Galion wishes to promote more off-plan sales as part of its wider strategy. Antler works alongside the Galion team to ensure the brand and communication are targeted to achieve this strategy. Key to this is effective messaging, sales support and the right marketing to instil confidence in potential off-plan customers.

Brand refresh

Antler initially engaged with Galion to deliver a strategic rebrand to bring their identity and ethos into alignment. Following a stakeholder consultation process, Antler delivered a complete rollout of a refreshed brand identity. 
An established brand, Antler reviewed the existing design style to consider application throughout the business. The fundamentals of the Galion brand were solid, so the Antler team strengthened the existing design principles such as logo and typeface whilst expanding the colour palette to promote a more self-assured image that complimented the style and finish of the homes Galion build.
Practical applications of the brand such as email signature, letterhead, business cards and signage were all carefully considered to provide a joined-up approach within the customer journey.

CGIs

Antler worked with Galion to establish a CGI style for Galion’s developments. CGIs are crucial as part of a successful off-plan sales strategy.

Website design and development

Working alongside the client to understand their key needs, our digital experts designed a fresh, modern site that effectively showcases Galion’s beautifully crafted homes. Antler was commissioned to capture exceptional product photography with a focus on the detail within a Galion home to highlight the elements that stand Galion apart from their competitors. 
As well as a sales tool, the new Galion website acts as an online portfolio, which was a key part of the website brief. Galion wanted their website to communicate all areas of their business, appealing to new customers, new and existing stakeholders and also with an area exclusive to current homeowners to allow continued customer care post post-completion.
