Cognatum tasked Antler with creating the sales and marketing strategy, and producing the marketing materials required, in order to achieve the brief; to sell all homes within 3 months of the launch date.
Antler worked alongside Cognatum’s Managing Director, Project Director and internal sales team. Through regular meetings and a hands on approach, we became an integral part of the Cognatum team. By taking the lead, we ensured that all parties remained focused on the strategy and understood their involvement and requirements.
Our team designed the brand and all marketing materials. We place carefully considered advertising and ensured the sales funnel was busy prior to launch.
Antler sold 25% of properties off-plan, prior to launch. We have a full marketing plan prepared to ensure the remaining properties are sold at launch or shortly after.
