The Stables A development of nine charming 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes in the historic village of Netley Abbey.
Rivendale Homes approached Antler to create an off-plan sales strategy and all marketing to support the strategy.
The Stables’ country branding was developed to reflect the architecture of the development and the countryside location. An aspirational brochure, designed to give confidence to off-plan buyers, was created to promote the development and the location.
Go to market strategy
Antler devised a strategy, utilising the estate agents to field early off-plan interest, generated by coming soon listings on Rightmove and well designed-signage. Building a database to then create a strategy around the full launch event. A targeted local maildrop and social media campaign was also implemented to attract immediate local interest.
The development was a storming success, with the majority of homes sold off-plan.
