The brief

VIVID is one of the largest providers of affordable homes and housing-related services in the south of England with around 70,000 customers, 31,000 homes and over 800 employees. Antler works alongside VIVID’s in-house team to bring consistency to how developments are presented and deliver a streamlined process to how these developments are taken to market.
Antler works collaboratively with the VIVID team, ramping up their marketing capability and providing skills and strategic support.

Brand development

Working within the existing brand guidelines Antler established a visual style to work across VIVID brand assets, both print and digital. The team designed a development brochure ‘master’ to form the basis of future designs and keep consistency. Consideration was given to all types of developments and the different requirements they could have.

Digital campaigns

Antler supports VIVID, working predominately in the affordable housing sector, with their communication around Shared Ownership, delivering digital campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the benefits of the scheme.

Whiteley Meadows

Antler supported VIVID through the marketing strategy and lead generation for a development of over 100 Shared Ownership homes in Whiteley. Antler overhauled the presentation of development-lead marketing, with Whiteley Meadows as the flagship project. Using VIVID’s existing brand guidelines as a guide, Antler streamlined the overall branding and identity of the development, in consideration of future developments, to ensure Whiteley Meadows and subsequent developments are presented effectively on and offline, whilst maintaining brand consistency. 
The Antler team created a contemporary brochure which included the formation of site plans, floor plans and maps, and CGIs to bring it to life. The brochure has been designed to allow it to be re-purposed for future sites, which again ensures brand consistency whilst also allowing room for creativity. 
Digital promotion included campaigns across various platforms including GDN, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, as well as short videos, plus HTML templates. 
On site, Antler re-designed sales signage for the sales and marketing suite, as well as a providing new price list templates for the development and future sites.
