SCOPE OF WORK: PR

METIS HOMES

BRIEF:

Retained PR support to raise brand awareness to help achieve sales and marketing goal of selling all homes off-plan, as well as boosting the profiles of key people in the business.

SOLUTION:

We worked closely with both the land and planning and sales teams to understand the business and created a goal-led PR strategy.

RESULT:

PR activity has supported Metis Homes to achieve its goal of selling 100% homes off-plan, and have achieved this since first engaging Antler in 2018. Editorial and comment pieces were secured both in local and industry press. Most recently its Land Director was featured in several industry trade titles with his commentary following the Spring Budget, positioning him as a key spokesperson for the housebuilding sector.
